- Registration is considered valid upon signing the contract and completing the payment
- Payments can be completed securely via bank transfe
- Your reservation is secured upon receipt of payment by the organizer
- Installment payment option available – negotiable individually

Cancellation Policy ✅
At The Money Regatta, we believe in integrity, transparency, and mutual trust. The following cancellation and refund policies are created to ensure a fair balance between participants’ commitments and the logistical needs of the event.
Withdrawal by the Participant
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant, with prior agreement from our team.
If you cancel prior to the event start, the payment is non-refundable, as organizational costs have already been incurred.
Exceptional Circumstances
In case of force majeure (such as unsuitable weather, governmental restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances), we reserve the right to provide alternative dates, routes, or formats to deliver the experience with the highest level of safety and quality.
Event Cancellation by Organizers
In the rare event that the organizers cancel the event, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Organizers are not liable for external costs, including flights or personal bookings.
